Events Marketing Executive - Hybrid working (Permanent)

Job Title: Events Marketing Executive Location: Central London – Hybrid (Mondays & Fridays WFH) Reports To: Marketing Manager Travel: We are excited to be partnering with a globally recognised events organisation, to find a Marketing Executive to support their Life Sciences division. This is a hands-on opportunity for a marketing professional with at least 2 years’ experience in exhibition marketing to join a dynamic, fast-paced team and drive the growth of their international portfolio. You will focus on lead generation, data-driven campaigns, and audience engagement, while supporting high-quality events that serve an influential global life sciences community. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for events. Drive lead generation through targeted content and audience strategies Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support commercial goals Manage campaign performance using email, social media, SEO, paid ads, and content syndication Segment and analyse audience data to personalise and optimise campaigns Work with external partners and stakeholders to co-promote events and increase visibility Create engaging content including newsletters, web copy, and social assets Track KPIs, report on campaign performance, and adapt strategies as needed Support international travel and on-site marketing during key events (approx. 2+ years\’ experience in B2B exhibition marketing ~ Proven success in generating leads through digital campaign execution ~ Comfortable using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar ~ Experience working on life sciences or healthcare events is a strong plus ~ Willingness to travel internationally for events 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, with an end-of-year wellbeing shutdown ~ Summer Hours in August (3pm finish on Fridays) ~“Helping Our World” (HOW) Days – one paid day per quarter for charity work ~ Pension Scheme ~ Private Medical Insurance and Health Cash Plan ~ Wellbeing Library and mentoring programme ~ Season ticket loan and cycle-to-work schemes ~ Free on-site gym and shower facilities ~ Career progression opportunities within a global organisation If you\’re a marketing executive ready to take your career global, especially within a purpose-led, fast-paced event series apply now or contact sarah@ark-recruitment.
