Standout Responsibilities: Oversee the health and safety of all exhibition teams, ensuring they are briefed and understand best practices. Manage the production of show risk assessments, method statements, and safety files, promoting a positive safety culture among suppliers and venues. Liaise with main contractors to obtain their health and safety policies and implement recommendations to enhance event safety. Preferred Requirements: Extensive senior-level operations experience in organizing and delivering large-scale events, including both exhibitions and conferences. Proficient in Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD, Word, and PowerPoint, with a strong understanding of online exhibitor manual software. Experienced in dealing with health and safety standards and regulations within trade exhibition venues. Skilled in managing suppliers to maximize service levels while maintaining positive working relationships. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: IOSH certification, with NEBOSH certification being highly desirable. Proven track record in floor plan management and optimization. Demonstrable knowledge of freight forwarding regulations and stand build regulations.
