Ark Recruitment are working with a well-established and growing events agency to recruit an experienced Event Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of high-profile client events. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex projects, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional event experiences within a fast-paced agency environment.

We’re ideally looking for someone with around 3+ years’ experience in a similar Event Manager or Project Manager role, with strong operational, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.

The Role

  • Lead the end-to-end management and delivery of client events
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, and operational plans
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate suppliers, venues, production teams, and third-party partners
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure financial targets are maintained
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services where appropriate
  • Ensure all events are delivered in line with client expectations and company standards
  • Produce event documentation, reporting, and post-event evaluations
  • Attend events onsite and oversee successful execution

About You

  • 3+ years’ experience within an Event Manager or similar project delivery role
  • Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and timelines
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Confident working collaboratively across internal teams and external suppliers
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality event experiences
  • Agency or client-facing events experience would be highly advantageous.
