With a strong digital footprint and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking to bring in a Digital Sales & Partnerships Executive to accelerate commercial performance across their digital platforms.

This is a commercially driven role combining new business development and account management, working closely with brands and agencies to create tailored digital solutions that align with audience needs and editorial values.

  • You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline, managing strategic partnerships, and consistently exceeding revenue targets across digital advertising and partnership-led products.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the digital brands, their audiences, editorial pillars, and commercial offerings.
  • Identify, create, and manage strategic partnerships to drive sustainable digital revenue growth.
  • Sell a range of digital solutions including native advertising, sponsored content, affiliate activity, and partnership packages.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities with brands and media agencies.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximise long-term value.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close and renewal.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high quality and consultative client experience.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with digital advertising trends and best practice to inform client proposals and commercial strategy.

Proven experience in digital media sales, partnerships, or online advertising. Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and models (CPM, CPC, CPA, affiliate marketing). Confident selling native advertising and content-led solutions. Existing contacts within brands or media agencies would be advantageous.
