The Role
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially minded leader to build, grow, and manage a high-value executive membership community. This role will focus on attracting and engaging senior corporate decision-makers, creating meaningful year-round member experiences, and developing a scalable membership model that delivers both commercial value and strategic impact. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping one of Europe's most influential networks of innovation, technology, and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the growth and development of the executive membership community.
- Recruit and engage senior corporate leaders, innovation executives, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Design and deliver high-value member experiences, including roundtables, networking events, private forums, and curated introductions.
- Develop and execute membership growth, engagement, and monetisation strategies.
