Following a standout year and continued growth, we’re now looking for Recruitment Consultants and Senior Consultants to join our Exeter team. The role:

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
  • Building and developing client relationships
  • Winning new business and growing your own desk
  • Working on retained, exclusive, and contingent roles
  • Delivering high quality shortlists and managing processes
  • Negotiating offers and closing placements

What we’re looking for:

  • 12+ months recruitment experience (more for Senior level)
  • Proven billing track record or strong potential
  • Strong business development and client management skills
  • Relationship led approach to recruitment
