Following a standout year and continued growth, we’re now looking for Recruitment Consultants and Senior Consultants to join our Exeter team. The role:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Building and developing client relationships
- Winning new business and growing your own desk
- Working on retained, exclusive, and contingent roles
- Delivering high quality shortlists and managing processes
- Negotiating offers and closing placements
What we’re looking for:
- 12+ months recruitment experience (more for Senior level)
- Proven billing track record or strong potential
- Strong business development and client management skills
- Relationship led approach to recruitment
