Delegate Sales Executive – Energy Events (US Market)
Up to £32,000 (negotiable DOE) + Uncapped Commission
Central London – Hybrid (3 days per week US hours – 12pm-7pm)
We’re working with a fantastic global exhibitions business to find a driven Delegate Sales Executive to join their high-growth Energy portfolio, focused on engaging senior decision-makers across the US market. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced team responsible for curating and scaling international delegate attendance at market-leading events.
If you’re commercially minded with a background in SDR, delegate sales, or business development, particularly in events or media sales, this is an ideal next step in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively sell delegate passes to senior energy sector professionals across the US (primarily East Coast)
- Build strong consultative relationships with clients to understand their business goals and drive attendance
- Achieve and exceed realistic monthly and event-based revenue targets
- Identify new market segments, decision-makers, and commercial opportunities through research and outbound activity
- Collaborate with marketing and sponsorship teams to support event strategy
- Track pipeline, calls, and progress using CRM tools and sales dashboards
- Attend industry events and represent the brand professionally (international travel may be required)
About You:
- 1-3 years’ experience in delegate sales, media sales, or B2B business development
- Background in high-volume outbound sales with a consultative approach
- Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with C-level or senior professionals
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a bonus
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-focused
- Comfortable working UK hours with a focus on US markets
