Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in building trust-based relationships with assigned clients. You’ll ensure they’re getting the most out of their services, identifying opportunities for added value, and ensuring the renewal and retention of contracts through outstanding service and support.
- Handle client queries and complaints with professionalism and clarity.
- Attend client meetings and networking events (some out-of-hours work required).
- At least 2 years’ experience in a client-facing role, ideally in customer success, account management or similar.
- Basic understanding of IT services and tools (MS Office essential).
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
