Customer Success Executive Location: Plymouth (hybrid – regular clients visits) This is a great role with a well-established and values-led IT services business that has been transforming the way companies across Devon & Cornwall approach their technology needs. Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in building trust-based relationships with assigned clients. You’ll ensure they’re getting the most out of their services, identifying opportunities for added value, and ensuring the renewal and retention of contracts through outstanding service and support. Handle client queries and complaints with professionalism and clarity Attend client meetings and networking events (some out-of-hours work required) At least 2 years’ experience in a client-facing role, ideally in customer success, account management or similar Basic understanding of IT services and tools (MS Office essential) Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel Bonus Points For: Background in IT services or technology sales/support Up to £30,000 salary depending on experience ~25 days holiday + bank holidays (increases with service) ~ Healthcare scheme & life insurance (post probation) ~ Company pension ~ Regular team socials and company events ~ Supportive leadership and personal development opportunities
