We're recruiting for a Senior Events Coordinator to join one of London's leading luxury floristry and event design businesses. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exceptional events for luxury brands, five-star hotels, private members' clubs and high-end weddings, managing projects from the initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
As Senior Events Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of luxury events from enquiry through to completion. Working closely with the Head of Events and creative team, you'll prepare proposals, manage budgets, coordinate logistics and oversee onsite installations to ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage events from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate suppliers, transport, venue access and installation schedules.
- Manage onsite installations and event delivery.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and CRM records.
- Work closely with the creative and operations teams to deliver outstanding events.
You'll have experience managing events in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building strong relationships with clients. Previous experience managing luxury events from enquiry through to completion is essential.
Requirements:
- Experience within luxury events, weddings, hospitality or event styling.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience converting enquiries into confirmed business.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with luxury brands, premium venues or high-end private clients would be highly advantageous.
Salary: c£45,000 basic salary depending on experience, plus bonus. Additional benefits include paid overtime for evening and weekend event work, private medical insurance, workplace pension, birthday off in addition to annual leave, and an annual personal development allowance.
