The Role

As Exhibition Sales Director, you will take full ownership of the exhibition stand revenue budget for this flagship event. This role combines:

  • Retaining and growing key high-spend exhibitor accounts.
  • Securing new business through your own network and industry contacts.
  • Working collaboratively with the new business team to drive additional growth.
  • Bringing strategic thinking to pricing, packaging, and commercial opportunities.

Importantly, this is not a team management role. Instead, it’s about senior-level commercial leadership, autonomy, and accountability for delivering and exceeding the event’s revenue targets. You’ll report directly into the Portfolio Director and work closely with marketing, operations, and event management teams to maximise commercial performance.
