Delegate Sales Executive £30,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £45,000+) Hybrid - Central London (Mondays & Fridays WFH) Ark Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing international media and events business delivering high-level conferences, executive networking forums and investment-led events across global telecoms, technology and digital infrastructure markets. If you enjoy relationship-led sales, international events and want more involvement in how conferences are built and delivered, this could be an excellent next step. This is a rapidly growing business operating at the intersection of media, investment intelligence and high-level events. Their conferences and forums bring together senior executives, investors, infrastructure funds and decision-makers from across telecoms, technology and digital infrastructure sectors. Working across three flagship annual events, you will manage delegate acquisition campaigns from prospecting through to close while becoming closely involved in wider event delivery and planning. You will work closely with production, marketing and commercial teams and become an integrated part of the wider events function. Generate new paid registrations through outbound business development and relationship-led sales activity Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline across multiple sectors and target accounts Work closely with conference production and marketing teams to maximise campaign performance Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline management Provide campaign feedback, audience insight and market intelligence to wider teams Minimum 1 year of delegate sales, conference sales or B2B events sales experience Experience selling conference delegates, subscriptions or commercial event products advantageous Looking for more than purely transactional sales and interested in becoming part of a wider events team 30,000 basic + achievable bonus structure (OTE £45,000+) ~ Hybrid working on Mondays & Fridays from home ~25 days holiday + birthday off ~ Pension scheme + wellbeing support programme ~ Modern Central London office with breakout and social spaces ~ Clear progression opportunities as the events portfolio continues to scale If you're looking for a delegate sales role where you can build your commercial experience, work on international events and become genuinely involved in the wider delivery of conferences, we'd love to hear from you.
