Key Responsibilities- Managing and growing a portfolio of UHNW and corporate charter clients
- Proactively generating new business through outbound sales activity and relationship building
- Handling inbound charter enquiries and converting leads into confirmed bookings
- Managing the full charter lifecycle from enquiry through to flight completion and post-flight follow-up
- Sourcing aircraft through global operator networks and negotiating competitive charter rates
- Building long-term relationships with aircraft operators, suppliers and high-value clients
- Delivering consistently high levels of service across every charter booking
- Working remotely while maintaining strong accountability, responsiveness and client engagement
- Consistently achieving revenue and margin targets while contributing to overall business growth
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a private jet charter broker
- A proven track record of generating charter revenue and managing high-value clients
- Strong outbound business development skills and confidence generating new opportunities
- Existing client relationships that can be actively leveraged
- Commercially driven, target-focused and highly motivated
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills when dealing with UHNW clients
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple live charter enquiries simultaneously
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
- Generous basic + comms + bonuses Up to 20% Uncapped commission paid monthly through a rolling annual structure, meaning commission is calculated on total yearly performance while still being paid out every month
