Job Title: Senior Private Jet Charter Broker

Location: Fully Remote — based in the UK, EU or UAE

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 + uncapped commission

As a Senior Broker, you will step into a role with immediate impact: a desk with active account and full autonomy to grow your own book from anywhere in the UK, EU, or UAE. Key Responsibilities

• Managing a balanced portfolio of existing accounts while proactively securing new business
• Responding to inbound enquiries and converting leads into confirmed charter bookings
• Conducting targeted outbound outreach to build and grow your personal client base
• Owning the full charter process from enquiry to post-flight communication
• Sourcing suitable aircraft options and negotiating competitive rates
• Building strong relationships with UHNW clients, corporate teams, operators, and industry partners
• Providing exceptional service and ensuring charter flights run smoothly throughout
• Supporting commercial strategy with insights and contributing to the brokerage’s growth

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in private jet charter brokerage or aviation sales
• Strong outbound sales and cold-calling capability
• Proven track record converting both warm and cold leads
• Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with high-value clients
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, resilient, and hungry to grow your earnings
• Someone who thrives working autonomously in a fully remote environment

What’s on Offer

• £50,000 – £65,000 base salary, depending on experience
• 20% commission on new business (uncapped)
• 10% commission on existing accounts (uncapped)
