The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.
We support 20 people in their own flats with their day to day lives. Our service is situated just a 5 minute walk from St Andrews bus station where you will find regular buses to the rest of Fife, Dundee and other surrounding areas.
Staff will be responsible for completing checks and answering assistive technology to assist supported people with personal care. There will be some cleaning, laundry, fire watch duties and medication administration during the shifts as well as Support Worker responsibilities. Full training will be provided and you will be shadowed into nights with established staff.

Your main duties will include but not be limited to:
- Working with colleagues as part of an effective and efficient team to support vulnerable people.
- Communicate and work well with our supported people to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships.
- Being responsible in supporting individuals throughout the activities, giving positive feedback and encouragement.
- Updating and maintaining accurate records using a tablet on Arks Information Management system.
No Previous Experience Required. Ark provides full training so no previous experience is required making our Support Worker roles the perfect place to start your career in Adult Social Care.

Enhanced Overtime: Any hours worked by a Support Worker over full-time contractual hours will be eligible to an enhanced rate.
