Earn up to £24,307.67 per year pro rata. Full‑time 37 hour contracts available. Glenrothes supports 16 people. 7 of our supported people are in the same block of flats with the rest out in the community. We support people from 17 all the way through to older adults. There are good bus transport links to the rest of Fife and the nearest train station is nearby at Markinch. There is a great team of motivated, pro‑active Support Workers in Glenrothes that will give you a great support network. Your main duties will include but not be limited to:
- Working with colleagues as part of an effective and efficient team to support vulnerable people.
- Communicate and work well with our supported people to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships.
- Being responsible in supporting individuals throughout the activities, giving positive feedback and encouragement.
- Updating and maintaining accurate records using a tablet on Arks Information Management system.
