Earn up to £23,150.16 per year pro rata - 25/26 Pay Award Pending. Full-time positions available. We are recruiting in our St Andrews service! We support 20 people in their own flats with their day-to-day lives. Our service has a great community feel. All the flats are situated within one building meaning there is no travelling between sites and there are always other staff in the building to provide peer support.
Our service is situated just a 5-minute walk from St Andrews bus station where you will find regular buses to the rest of Fife, Dundee and other surrounding areas. There are good opportunities to develop your skills in this role due to the diverse variety of support needs in the service. No experience necessary as full training is provided.
We offer a good range of flexibility around shift patterns and there is no need for you to have a driving license for this role! Please note that early shifts start at 7am and late shifts finish at 10pm, 7 days a week. Due to bus timetables, travelling to/from surrounding areas at this time is not always possible by public transport.

Your main duties will include but not be limited to:
- Working with colleagues as part of an effective and efficient team to support vulnerable people.
- Communicate and work well with our supported people to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships.
- Being responsible in supporting individuals throughout the activities, giving positive feedback and encouragement.
- Updating and maintaining accurate records using a tablet on Ark's Information Management system.
