Salary: £35,136.63 pro rata (Pay award pending; the new rate will be confirmed at interview, subject to formal agreement).

Due to taking on new business, we have an exciting opportunity to join our experienced team of Care and Support staff in Dunfermline. The Dunfermline service currently supports 15 people with a variety of complex support needs including Autism, young people, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions.
As Care & Support Manager of Dunfermline, you will manage a team of 25-30 Established and Relief Support Practitioners to provide 977 deliverable support hours per week. You will be managing a mixed support model including 24-hour support, 2 to 1 support, and sleepovers. You will work closely alongside an established Care & Support Manager to oversee the service.
A crucial part of this role will be advocating for our Supported People to ensure they are working towards positive outcomes that will support them to live their best lives.
