Due to taking on new business we have an exciting opportunity to join our experienced team of Care and Support staff in Dunfermline. Dunfermline service currently supports 15 people with a variety of complex support needs including Autism, young people, learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
As Care & Support Manager of Dunfermline you will manage a team of 25-30 Established and Relief Support Practitioners to provide 977 deliverable support hours per week. You will be managing a mixed support model including 24-hour support, 2 to 1 support and sleepovers. You will work closely alongside an established Care & Support Manager to oversee the service.
A crucial part of this role will be advocating for our Supported People to ensure they are working towards positive outcomes that will support them to live their best lives.
As part of your induction to Ark you will receive a comprehensive induction, training and mentoring. In return for your valuable contribution, Ark will also offer you:
