Ark Housing Association Ltd in Scotland is seeking a Practice Leader to promote a learning culture within services through training in Capable Environments, Practice Leadership and PBS.

Reporting to the Practice Development Manager, you will coach staff and support managers to enhance skills in practice leadership.

Based mainly in Ark's services across Scotland, you will lead face-to-face workshops and support the induction of new Support Practitioners.
