The supported people in Perth are ranging in ages, housing needs, disabilities and inabilities that mean they need support to live life to the full. They love to party, have strong relationships, require support with medication and finances and have the biggest dreams to fulfil. Every person is unique, require differing needs and each day is different with the one stable element that they are all supported to live independently as possible.

Your main duties will be but not limited to:
- Working with colleagues as part of an effective and efficient team to support vulnerable service users.
- Communicate and work well with individuals to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships..
- Being responsible in supporting individuals throughout the activities, giving positive feedback and encouragement.
- Updating and maintaining accurate records using a tablet on Arks Information Management system.
