Overview
Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon — Salary up to £75,000 DOE, plus up to £5,000 Relocation Allowance and up to £5,000 Welcome Bonus.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality veterinary care in both consultations and surgery
- Lead by example with clear, compassionate communication
- Support, mentor, and inspire junior vets and nurses
- Act as a clinical role model, ensuring best practice in line with RCVS and IVC Evidensia guidelines
- Work with the management team on strategic planning, performance management and exploring new opportunities
Work life balance
Our flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours offers a balance that flexes with you and your lifestyle. The full-time rota for this position includes 35-40 hours over 4 days per week with 1-4 Saturday mornings; part-time hours may be discussed for the right candidate. There is no out-of-hours or on-call requirement.

We are a single-site practice on the Beds/Bucks border. The practice ethos focuses on doing the right thing and providing gold-standard care to both pets and clients. We have confident RVNs and Vets with strong front-of-house support, including 3 fully trained Mental Health First Aiders.
