We are looking for a warm, confident and organised person to help strengthen our client experience, community engagement and follow-up processes.
About the role
This is a people-focused role supporting clients before, during and after their appointments. You will help with free consultation calls, client follow-up, rebooking, product and service enquiries, clinic flow, events and webinars. This role would suit someone with experience in customer service, wellness, beauty, health, fitness, hospitality, events, retail or sales who enjoys building trust with clients and representing a growing brand.
Key responsibilities
- Support clients from enquiry through to booking, appointment and follow-up.
- Carry out free consultation calls using approved guidance and scripts.
- Help clients feel comfortable, informed and supported.
- Assist with rebooking, aftercare messages, review requests and follow-up.
- Support the therapist team during busy clinic sessions.
- Help prepare treatment rooms and support smooth client flow.
- Explain approved product and service information clearly and professionally.
- Support product sales, displays, event stock and client enquiries.
- Represent ARK Health Group at local events, pop-ups, webinars and community activities.
- Capture client questions, leads and follow-up actions.
- Escalate clinical, medical or supplement safety questions to the appropriate team member.
About you
- Warm, approachable and professional.
- Confident speaking with clients in person and by phone.
- Interest in health and wellness.
- No specific degree required; desirable but not essential.
- Organised and reliable.
- Comfortable with follow-up and client engagement.
- Commercially aware without being pushy.
- Sensitive when speaking about health and wellbeing concerns.
- Interested in wellness, gut health, nutrition, supplements or preventative health.
- Comfortable using digital systems such as email, online booking systems and customer records.
- Flexible to support some events, webinars or occasional evening activity.
Experience required
Experience in one or more of the following would be helpful:
- Sales or retail
- Events or community engagement
- Wellness, beauty, fitness, health or hospitality
- Clinic or reception support
