Veterinary Surgeon, Ark Veterinary Practice, Fleet, Farnborough
Are you based near Fleet/Farnborough or relocating to the area? Are you seeking a supportive and welcoming team?
We are a single site, small animal clinic with a friendly, long standing client base, full reception team and lovely experienced nurses and friendly student nurses. The Ark is based in central Fleet with onsite parking for staff and clients, three consulting rooms, a dedicated nurse consulting room, two large theatres, dedicated dental room with dental x-ray, imaging suite with digital radiography and ultrasound and onsite lab equipment. We also have a dedicated physiotherapy and hydrotherapy team onsite.
Our team is made up of six vets with one Small Animal Medicine certificate holder and six nurses. We are an experienced team who will regularly discuss cases together and support one another\’s skills and strengths.
Our practice is situated in the heart of Fleet which is a vibrant town in north Hampshire. Fleet has excellent train links to London, Winchester and Southampton and is close to the M3 and M25. We are based in Fleet and commutable from Farnborough, Farnham, Aldershot, Guildford, Woking, Hook, Basingstoke, Bramley, Camberley, Godalming, Bordon, Alton, Crowthorne, Reading and other locations in Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire.
Rota: 40 hours across 4 days. Potential part time rota\’s considered.
Finding the right person is important to us and should our full time hours not be suitable, we would be happy to consider part time hours if you are the right fit for our team.
The ideal candidate would be confident in consulting and routine surgeries but also looking to expand their surgical and medical capabilities. Certificates would be encouraged and fully funded. As part of our 6 vet team, you will benefit from a highly supportive environment and be given the freedom to fully manage your cases both medically and surgically.
