Ark Curriculum Plus is recruiting freelance Associate Development Leads to support schools delivering the English Mastery Secondary programme by coaching Mastery Leads and providing high‑quality training through a mix of remote sessions and in‑school visits.
Requirements
- Based in the South East, East or North East of England
- Prepared to travel (60‑minute public transport or 30‑mile drive from main base)
- Can work a minimum of 4 days a half‑term and up to 2 days per week (flexible caseload)
- 3+ years teaching English in mainstream UK secondary schools
- English leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of a Mastery approach
