ARK Canary Wharf is a 705-apartment co-living community, and the Hub is the heart of it.
Our Hub Hosts are the first face members and visitors see, checking people in, solving whatever lands on the desk that day, and setting the tone for how it feels to live here.
What we are looking for Solid hospitality background hotel front office, high-end serviced apartments, restaurants or members' clubs Someone who genuinely likes people, and it shows Calm and quick when things go sideways; you fix it rather than pass it on Confident handling everything from a lost parcel to a difficult conversation, with the same warmth Reliable, well-presented, and happy working shifts including weekends What you will be doing Front-of-house welcome, check-ins and check-outs Being the go-to for member queries and day-to-day problem solving Keeping the Hub sharp, and logging maintenance and housekeeping issues so they actually get closed out Supporting community events and helping new members settle in Open days: Come and Meet us and Skip the long wait of Monday 24th, Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th August, 9am to 1pm: 20 Crossharbour Plaza, London E14 9YF.
