You will be instrumental in our mission to provide every pupil with a great education and real choices in life, regardless of their background. As an Upper Key Stage 2 Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring pupils leave primary school with the knowledge, confidence and character they need to succeed in secondary school and beyond.

We are looking to appoint an inspirational UKS2 teacher who will be a strong role model for our pupils, helping them to make excellent academic progress while also developing their independence, resilience and ambition. You will deliver high-quality, rigorous lessons that secure strong outcomes, build pupils’ confidence and inspire a love of learning that extends beyond the classroom. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate practitioner who understands the importance of the final years of primary school. You will support pupils to deepen their understanding, strengthen their learning habits and prepare successfully for the next stage of their education. You will also play an important role in the wider life of the school, working closely with colleagues, families and the community to ensure every child is known, supported and challenged.

For suitable candidates, there may be scope for additional subject leadership responsibilities, including a TLR, providing the opportunity to take the next professional step into leadership and contribute to the development of curriculum and teaching across the school. Early Career Teachers are also encouraged to apply.
