We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant with a minimum of one year’s experience working with SEN children. The successful applicant will be responsible for one-to-one support of an EYFS (Reception aged) child, providing bespoke curriculum provision and working in a class, and will act as a motivational role model. A belief in a supportive and nurturing environment is essential, as this ensures pupils can make rapid progress academically and socially. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual looking to further develop their practice. We also welcome applications from aspiring teachers who wish to gain more school experience.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have a minimum of one year’s experience in the role
- Be educated to GCSE grade 4 (or equivalent) in English & Maths
- Have excellent communication skills both orally and written
