Position: Customer Care Advisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handle customer queries with professionalism, ensuring top-notch service on every call.
  • Take full ownership of customer interactions, manage expectations, and keep customers informed throughout the process.
  • Actively seek customer feedback through satisfaction surveys in line with KPIs.
  • Achieve personal development objectives and maintain your Personal Development Log.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and achieve stated objectives.
  • Own customer complaints with care and resolve issues promptly.
  • Implement coaching, feedback, and training outcomes where applicable.
  • Minimise errors and ensure accurate administration.
  • Arrange installations and cancellations of rental equipment; support Rental Service Technicians with queries.
  • Ensure all administration duties are completed accurately and within timescales.

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service experience.
  • Diplomatic with outstanding listening and communication skills.
  • Good numerical skills and PC literacy, including MS Office.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and productivity; able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive β€˜can do’ attitude aligned with our core values.
