Overview of the Rental Administrator role in Belfast. 37.5 hours per week. Permanent contract.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to support the Arjo Rental and Service teams in Belfast.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound telephone calls and customer correspondence to provide swift and effective service.
- Allocate deliveries, collections, swap-outs, and breakdowns to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Process missing data and produce invoices; scan invoices and email them to customers.
- Maintain regular contact with field teams regarding daily activity, location, and job status.
- Review incomplete work daily to reschedule to meet department SLAs.
- Provide administration assistance and cover within the department and to field staff; maintain relevant support documentation.
- Liaise with customers, engineers and other parties over delays or queries to communicate service status.
- Produce adhoc reports from legacy systems for internal and external use.
- Update and maintain spreadsheets for customer data.
- Take full ownership of customer complaints and credits.
Essential Skills / Experience:
- Good standard of education including GCSE Maths and English.
- Work experience: Preferable in a similar Customer Service environment.
- Previous SAP experience.
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work accurately to meet deadlines and follow company standards and procedures.
- Clear information relay, good questioning and listening skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
