Are you highly organised, detail-focused and keen to build your finance career within a supportive Accounts Payable team?
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join Arjo’s Finance team in Luton, providing accurate day-to-day administration support and helping to ensure supplier accounts, invoices and queries are managed efficiently.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will support the Accounts Payable team with a range of administrative and finance-related tasks.
This will include processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements, managing vendor accounts and responding to internal and external queries by phone and email.
Key responsibilities
- Provide accurate administrative support to the Accounts Payable team.
- Manage your own vendor accounts, including invoice processing and supplier statement reconciliations.
- Support the timely and accurate resolution of internal and external stakeholder queries.
- Build positive working relationships with teams across the business.
- Assist with the expense management system and related administration.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all finance administration.
