Arj.Global Ltd, a dynamic Events & Management company, is seeking a dedicated Event Manager to join our team. We specialize in delivering high-quality corporate and private events, and we are looking for a skilled individual to ensure every project runs seamlessly from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ensuring they align with client objectives and company standards.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and oversee supplier relationships (e.g., venues, catering, audiovisual).
- Develop detailed event timelines, production schedules, and logistical plans.
- Coordinate and supervise event staff, including hosts, waitstaff, and other personnel.
- Liaise directly with clients to understand their vision and provide regular updates throughout the event lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and risk assessments to ensure a safe and successful event environment.
- Oversee on-site event operations, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Facilitate post-event evaluations, including feedback collection and reporting.
- Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a senior event coordination role.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with clients and vendors.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
