Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to articulate the overall Arize value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
- Work closely with some of the most sophisticated Gen AI teams in the world.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, building relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
- Lead product demonstrations of the Arize platform.
- Advise on Gen AI and ML best practices.
- Lead discovery to understand prospect’s Gen AI tech stack and collaborate with the Sales team to construct a compelling value proposition of the Arize Platform.
- Lead Po C motions with prospective buyers.
- Handle technical objections and develop strategies across sales, engineering, and product to unblock them.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as sales engineer, solutions engineer, or forward‑deployed engineer.
- Strong communication skills: ability to simplify complex, technical concepts.
- Proficiency in Python / Typescript.
- Knowledge of LLM / Agentic frameworks such as Open AI Agents SDK, Google ADK, Lang Graph, and DSPy.
- Understanding of Gen AI concepts and application evaluation + development lifecycle.
- Quick and self‑learner, undaunted by technical complexity of production AI deployments and eager to learn and develop a personal point of view.

- Previous experience within a team that underwent a high growth stage.
