The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with account executives to articulate the overall Arize value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
  • Work closely with some of the most sophisticated Gen AI teams in the world.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, building relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Lead product demonstrations of the Arize platform.
  • Advise on Gen AI and ML best practices.
  • Lead discovery to understand prospect’s Gen AI tech stack and collaborate with the Sales team to construct a compelling value proposition of the Arize Platform.
  • Lead Po C motions with prospective buyers.
  • Handle technical objections and develop strategies across sales, engineering, and product to unblock them.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as sales engineer, solutions engineer, or forward‑deployed engineer.
  • Strong communication skills: ability to simplify complex, technical concepts.
  • Proficiency in Python / Typescript.
  • Knowledge of LLM / Agentic frameworks such as Open AI Agents SDK, Google ADK, Lang Graph, and DSPy.
  • Understanding of Gen AI concepts and application evaluation + development lifecycle.
  • Quick and self‑learner, undaunted by technical complexity of production AI deployments and eager to learn and develop a personal point of view.

  • Previous experience working across and aligning Sales, Product, and Engineering.
  • Previous experience within a team that underwent a high growth stage.
  • Previous engineering experience in Data Engineering, MLOps, Kubernetes, GCP / AWS / Azure.
