Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals, particularly graduates in Psychology and related fields, to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with adults with an acquired brain injury to gain real practical experience within an interdisciplinary team.

We have an excellent and innovative neuro-rehabilitation services in Holmewood, Chesterfield, central Rotherham and Worsbrough, Barnsley. We not only support excellent outcomes for the people in the services, but it also provides great career opportunities for the staff team.

We provide rehabilitation for individuals following an acquired brain injury (ABI) and have a passion for providing exceptional support. For this reason, all our CQC inspected services are rated \'Outstanding\' across ALL AREAS and our residential services are rated outstanding across the board in their recent \'Headway Approved Provider\' accreditations.

The Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside the neuro-OT\'s, neuro-Physiotherapists, neuro-Speech and Language Therapists and neuro-Psychology team to support the implementation on goals and programmes in line with the individuals aspirations. The role does involve rehabilitation in daily life skills, so it ais a very practical role and does involve some personal care. As we are a 24 hr environment the shifts also include evening and weekend work.

The ideal candidate would be positive, proactive individuals who are passionate in making a difference to the lives of others. The role would suit graduates who either want an interesting career in providing rehabilitation services (we have fast track opportunities for those wishing to progress and develop their management skills) or for graduates wanting a few years practical experience in an interesting and creative clinical setting where they are wanting to pursue a career as a Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist or an OT.

We have an excellent supportive workplace culture founded on kindness and integrity, and for this reason we have recently been awarded an exceptionally rare \'platinum\' score at entry level for the \'Investors in People\' accreditation.
