We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to provide high-quality care to individuals as they recover and relearn skills after they have had an accident or injury. The role:
- We are looking for a proactive person to join our rehabilitation service on nights.
- Our service in Worsborough is a high-quality environment, with a focus on developing people.
- We provide a great induction with supportive shadowing and further development opportunities.
- The role is for 30 hours per week from 10pm until 8am and the shifts are on a rota, including some weekends.
- Training will be during daytime hours.
- The ideal candidate would be happy working both on their own and within a team, be proactive and have a good sense of humour.
- The team are really friendly, welcoming and supportive.
