Supporting individuals to engage with academic studies such as university. No two days are the same!
We are interested to hear from all people from different walks of life, regardless of experience, as we give full training. If you want a job where you can contribute to the lives of others in a continuous learning environment, this may be the role you are looking for.
Our top level CQC rated 'outstanding' service has now also been awarded the platinum level 'Investors in People'. The Outreach Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside an individual’s neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies. As this role is in the community supporting individuals in their own homes, community, and workplaces, it is essential to be a driver and car owner (please see our advert/make contact if you are a non-driver). The role involves working on a varied rota including weekend work. There is the opportunity to do some work in our residential rehab service alongside the role where people enjoy variety or breadth in experience.
Full training is given for this role, and we have excellent career development programmes and opportunities. The role would suit both individuals looking for a complete career change or those looking to work towards a career in Social Care, Neuro-Psychology, Neuro-OT, Neuro-SLT, or Neuro-physiotherapy.
