Location: Holmewood, Chesterfield

Salary: £12.60 - £13.45 per hour

Would you like to work within a dynamic and supportive team? Due to recent changes in the rehabilitation needs of our service users, we are looking for a proactive, kind person to join our rehabilitation service in Holmewood, near Chesterfield. Our service is an extremely high quality environment, with a focus on developing people. We provide a great induction programme that includes supportive shadow shifts and a range of development opportunities.

We are a friendly, supportive team who are passionate about high quality care and making a difference in the lives of others. We support individuals to recover and relearn skills after they have had an accident or injury. The work we do makes a profound impact on individuals' lives.

The role can be full time (33 hours), part time or bank work. There is the potential for part time hours to increase at a later date, if desired.

The ideal candidate would be happy both working on their own and within a team, be proactive and have a good sense of humour. The team are really friendly, welcoming and supportive and there are good training and development opportunities. We have achieved the highest level of Platinum in the Investors in People Accreditation due to our development of staff. We were shortlisted for 'Platinum Employer of the year 2025'. All our CQC inspected services are rated outstanding in all areas, because we genuinely care about the people we support.

Our team is growing due to service needs and we are looking for individuals who may not necessarily have extensive experience in care, but are really looking to improve the lives of others and make a real difference! We are a company that believes a strong value base built on kindness provides the opportunity for our service users to thrive in their rehabilitation!
