Our Hybrid Rehabilitation Support Workers are comprehensively trained to work alongside our neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies as we see people regain lost skills and confidence in order to move onto a more fulfilled life. We are incredibly passionate about what we do and don’t need people with vast care experience as in-depth training and mentoring is provided by our amazing team. What we need is a variety of different types of people who are kind, grounded and proactive, who love working in a positive, creative team.
This is a hybrid role working where you can gain more experience both working in our residential service at Worsbrough, Barnsley, as well as in the community supporting individuals in their own homes and workplaces so it is essential to be a driver and car owner. (Please do see our advert/make contact if you are a non-driver as other opportunities are available.)
The role involves working on a varied rota including weekend work.
We have excellent career development programmes and opportunities to support you in your role, including a management training programme and staff awards.
This role is on a rota basis, which includes evening and weekend work. It will include all aspects of personal care, depending on the needs of the people in the service. No uniform is required.
