We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to provide high-quality care to individuals as they recover and relearn skills after they have had an accident or injury. The work we do at Ariya Neuro Care makes a profound impact on people's lives. The role:
We're looking for a proactive person to join our rehabilitation service on nights. Our service in Worsborough is a high-quality environment, with a focus on developing people. We provide a great induction with supportive shadowing and further development opportunities. The role is for 30 hours per week from 10pm until 8am and the shifts are on a rota, including some weekends. Training will be during day-time hours.
The ideal candidate would be happy working both on their own and within a team, be proactive and have a good sense of humour. The team are really friendly, welcoming and supportive and there are fabulous training and development opportunities.
The waking night team support individuals to develop a good sleep/wake cycle, and offer reassurance and support overnight. This role also involves all aspects of personal care, cleaning duties and some paperwork to prepare the service for the next day.
