Founding Enterprise Sales Director responsible for winning and expanding £5m+ ARR enterprise retail accounts. IC role owning the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery through to close and rollout. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals across logistics, procurement and finance, with the CFO as the key buyer. Build and scale a repeatable enterprise sales engine in a business where sales sits at the heart of growth.
Your previous experience:
- Proven enterprise new-business hunter with a track record of winning complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals within the retail, e-commerce or logistics space.
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth startup without heavy sales infrastructure.
- Highly proactive, self-directed and driven to push deals forward.
- Commercially and numerically confident, able to sell financial outcomes to CFOs and senior leadership.
- Emotionally intelligent and adaptable across different personalities, cultures and buying groups.
- Experienced in long, strategic sales cycles and able to maintain momentum through complex deals.
Package:
- Base salary: £100,000 – £120,000 depending on experience.
- OTE: Uncapped commission with realistic potential to double your base.
- Equity: Stock options included.
- Location: Fully remote across the UK.
