p strong Senior Account Director (data intelligence) /strong /p p br /p p strong About the company /strong /p ul li Global data intelligence leader transforming how enterprises hire, develop, and retain talent through data-driven workforce intelligence solutions. /li li Trusted by a broad range of Fortune 500 clients and leading global brands. /li li Combining AI, behavioural science, and analytics, their platform helps organisations hire faster, develop leaders, and unlock workforce potential at scale. /li li Working with CHROs to transform how they hire and retain talent. /li /ul p br /p p br /p p strong About the role /strong /p ul li Drive commercial expansion and revenue growth across a defined portfolio of enterprise customers. /li li Lead strategic account planning to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities. /li li Build and nurture senior stakeholder relationships (CHRO, Head of Talent, Procurement) to drive long-term value and partnership. /li li Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining full ownership of renewals and commercial growth. /li li Leverage a consultative, data-led sales approach to position a wide portfolio of workforce solutions across global regions. /li li Act as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions with customer priorities and driving measurable impact on workforce outcomes. /li /ul p br /p p strong About you /strong /p ul li Proven track record of driving expansion and renewals in enterprise SaaS sales (HR Tech, Talent Intelligence, or workforce solutions preferred). /li li Comfortable managing a $2.5M–$3M book of business and delivering $500K+ in net-new expansion ARR annually. /li li Skilled in consultative, multi-stakeholder sales with strong executive presence and commercial acumen. /li li Experienced building and managing C-suite relationships, particularly within HR and Talent functions. /li li Stable, career-minded professional who values partnership, strategy, and sustainable growth. /li li Excellent communicator, collaborator, and strategic thinker who thrives in a supportive, results-driven culture. /li /ul p br /p p strong Package /strong /p ul li to Β£144,000 base + car allowance + 50% bonus (uncapped) /li li HYBRID – 3 days per week /li li Supportive, collaborative environment with genuine career development opportunities /li li Competitive benefits package including private medical insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programmes /li /ul p br /p p strong Arius Recruit is exclusively hiring for this role. /strong strong We connect experienced sales professionals with senior commercial opportunities across the UK /strong .
