About the role

  • Generate new business pipeline through consistent, high-volume outbound activity.
  • Book 20+ qualified meetings per month using cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Execute outbound campaigns against targeted prospect lists and priority sectors.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing and convert them into booked meetings.
  • Accurately track activity and outcomes in HubSpot.
  • Handle objections confidently and maintain resilience in a high-activity outbound role.
  • Develop commercial understanding by joining handover calls and observing later-stage sales conversations.
  • As capability grows, focus will shift towards improving meeting quality and qualification.

Your previous experience

  • Proven experience in B2B outbound lead generation as an SDR or BDR.
  • Comfortable with cold calling as a core part of your day-to-day.
  • Coachable, adaptable, and able to adjust your approach based on feedback and results.
  • Strong work ethic with a track record of consistent activity and output.
  • Tech-savvy and confident using CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot experience ideal).
  • Cybersecurity experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Motivated by the opportunity to develop into more advanced sales or closing roles over time.

Package

  • Base salary £35,000–£50,000 depending on experience.
  • Bonus and commission structure aligned to meeting performance.
  • Fully remote, UK-based (with occasional London meetups).
  • Clear progression into later-stage or closing sales as the business scales.
