About the role

  • Pure new business role with full ownership of the sales cycle.
  • Selling CX platforms and AI-led transformation solutions into mid-market and enterprise organisations.
  • Mix of outbound activity, SDR support and partner channels.
  • Running complex, multi-threaded deals with senior stakeholders across tech, operations and leadership.
  • Focus on high-value, strategic opportunities rather than transactional sales.
  • Expected to land multiple new logos annually while building a strong pipeline.

Your previous experience

  • Proven new business AE with a consistent track record of hitting quota, someone who loves sourcing and developing business and selling latest AI solutions.
  • Experience selling SaaS or AI that improves customer experience in large scale organisations.
  • Experience driving pipeline and closing complex deals.
  • Comfortable operating in multi-stakeholder, enterprise sales environments.
  • Commercially credible, able to articulate value at a senior level.
  • Driven, competitive and takes full ownership of performance.

Package

  • To £95,000 base salary DOE.
  • Uncapped commission (OTE ~110% of base).
  • Hybrid – 1 day per week in Bristol office.
  • Strong earning potential with accelerators.
  • Clear opportunity to play a key role in a scaling business.
