The Role: Lead sales strategy and execution across a portfolio of public sector accounts. Act as a player-coach - managing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team while also owning key accounts and personally driving new business opportunities. Drive growth across sectors including healthcare, local councils, fire, ambulance, and justice services. Develop and implement scalable go-to-market plans that deliver revenue and market share growth. Oversee end-to-end bid management and tender submissions. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and sector forums.
About You: 3+ years’ experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within the public sector. Proven track record of delivering against revenue targets. Confident leading from the front - equally comfortable managing a team and rolling up your sleeves to win and grow accounts. Skilled at building high-trust relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders. Experienced in leading complex sales cycles and navigating public procurement processes. Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision and day-to-day execution.
The Package: Basic salary up to £110,000 plus bonus of £30,000. Hybrid- 2/3 days a week in the office. Private medical insurance and wellbeing support.
