A high-growth ClimateTech SaaS start-up is looking for a commercially minded, ambitious Account Executive to become their first dedicated sales hire. With a flood of inbound interest, this is an opportunity to take ownership of the sales process and help scale a platform that's accelerating the UK’s transition to clean energy.

Already supporting 250+ customers across the UK, with strong month-on-month growth. Well-funded, mission-driven team building a category-defining product.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualified inbound leads through to close.
  • Build and refine sales processes from the ground up.
  • Support large strategic deals alongside the founder and leadership team.
  • Identify and implement the tools and systems that will supercharge performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Customer Success to ensure client needs are met.

1-4 years of sales experience within a closing role in SaaS or tech.
