About the role

  • Own new business across the UK, targeting enterprise organisations
  • Build pipeline from scratch through network, outreach and strategic account planning
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first engagement through to close
  • Sell high-value transformation programmes typically ranging from £250k to £3m+
  • Engage with senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs and business leaders
  • Land initial opportunities and grow accounts into long-term partnerships
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to shape solutions
  • Play a key role in building and defining the UK go-to-market approach

Your previous experience

  • Proven new business hunter with a track record of closing £500k+ deals within eCom and CMS
  • Experience selling consulting, digital transformation or complex bespoke technology solutions
  • Proven ability to build pipeline from zero, define target accounts and convert into significant deal wins
  • Experience managing complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles
  • Able to travel to London frequently as required
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to position value-led, outcome-based solutions
  • Credibility engaging senior stakeholders at C-suite and VP level
  • Experience across enterprise environments such as consulting, systems integration or transformation-led businesses

Package

  • £100k–£140k base salary DOE
  • Double OTE (uncapped)
  • High earning potential aligned to deal size and performance
