About the role
- Lead the commercial growth of a new SaaS platform focused on workforce data, engagement and career transition.
- Drive new business across enterprise clients typically organisations with 5,000+ employees by selling into senior HR and People leadership roles.
- Manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles with deal values ranging from tens to hundreds of thousands.
- Build and convert your own pipeline, supported by marketing and existing enterprise relationships.
- Deliver impactful presentations, demos and proposals that clearly articulate commercial ROI.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and product teams to influence proposition development based on client feedback.
- Report into the Commercial Director, with strong onboarding and mentorship from the wider executive team.
About you
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally within HR tech, learning, or workforce engagement solutions.
- Proven ability to sell to HR decision‑makers and navigate complex organisational buying groups.
- Strong hunter mentality, balanced with a collaborative approach and comfort working in a small, fast‑moving team.
- Commercially astute, consultative and confident engaging with senior stakeholders up to C‑suite level.
- Skilled at developing new markets or scaling new products within a growth environment.
- Ideally located within easy reach of London for occasional in‑person client or team meetings.
Package
- Commission: uncapped, with a 50/50 OTE structure (typical total earnings £150,000–£200,000).
