About the role

  • Lead a global team of 10+ Account Directors (Enterprise) across multiple regions.
  • Oversee a substantial portfolio of £1m+ spending customers.
  • Define and execute a best-in-class account management strategy focused on retention, expansion and long-term customer value.
  • Drive improvements in NRR through structured upsell, cross-sell and strategic account planning.
  • Lead customer transition initiatives to next-generation platforms and solutions.
  • Build a high-performance culture with clear KPIs, forecasting discipline and accountability.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex, high-value accounts.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, product and leadership teams to align on global customer strategy.
  • Engage regularly with C-suite stakeholders across enterprise clients.
  • Highly visible role with frequent international travel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience leading account management teams within an enterprise software environment.
  • Strong track record of driving retention, reducing churn and increasing NRR.
  • Experience working with complex platforms and managing large, global organisations with multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Commercially driven leader with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Skilled at building and scaling high-performing teams, including coaching, hiring and process optimisation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at C-suite and board level.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting, reporting and pipeline management experience.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-evolving, global environment with regular international travel.

Package

  • 50% OTE London/Hybrid.
  • Frequent global travel (25% of time).
