About the role:

  • Lead the strategy and execution for how enterprise customers adopt and embed new technology into their operational workflows.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and long-term adoption across large organisations.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to define how technology fits into existing processes and project environments.
  • Design structured adoption frameworks, success metrics and rollout plans for enterprise implementations.
  • Translate complex operational requirements into clear workflows, processes and best practices.
  • Support customers throughout the full lifecycle of implementation through to scaled adoption across teams.

Your previous experience:

  • 5+ years experience delivering enterprise technology implementations, digital transformation programmes or complex SaaS deployments.
  • Strong experience configuring, deploying or implementing Autodesk.
  • Background working with construction, infrastructure or engineering organisations.
  • Proven ability to structure and deliver complex enterprise workstreams involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience leading workshops, stakeholder sessions and executive discussions.
  • Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Package:

  • £70,000 – £75,000 base salary (DOE).
  • Performance-based bonus.
  • Hybrid working in London.
